We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers and infrastructure partners necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law.

Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of data associated with your organization account or managed players, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your organization name and contact details.
Organization administrators can also submit a self-service deletion request from the CMS at Organization Settings -> Delete Organization.
We will confirm receipt of your request and verify authorization before processing.
Requests are typically processed within 30 days, subject to account verification requirements.
We delete or anonymize applicable account, player, and operational data that is no longer required.
Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
