Refund policy
This policy explains how Genix handles cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments for self-serve and managed organizations.
Self-serve plans
Self-serve subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Fees already charged for an active billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Managed organizations
Managed accounts may operate under custom commercial terms. Refund eligibility, credit notes, and cancellation conditions are governed by the signed proposal, contract, or purchase agreement for that organization.
Trials and promotional offers
Trial plans and promotional offers are provided for evaluation and may have specific limits, duration rules, and conversion terms. Charges after trial conversion follow the agreed or published pricing model.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation at any time. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period unless a different contract term applies.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact [email protected] and include your organization name, account email, invoice reference, and reason for request.
Processing timeline
Eligible refund reviews are typically processed within 14 business days after verification. Where approved, refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
